Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to quotes, estimates and installation work carried out by Amazin Glazin(“we”, “us”), and to use of this website, https://amazinglazin.ie. By requesting a quote, accepting a quote, or using this site, you agree to these terms. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish and EU law.
Quotes and estimates
Quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation, based on the information and access available at the time of survey. Quotes are normally valid for 30 days from the date given, after which prices may need to be reviewed. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins.
Your right to cancel
Where a contract for windows, doors or related work is agreed away from our normal place of business (for example, in your home), you have the right to cancel within 14 days under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, unless you have asked us to begin work within that period and expressly waived this right. To cancel, contact us at info@amazinglazin.ie or +353 85 828 7371 as soon as possible.
Deposits and payment
A deposit may be requested to confirm an order for bespoke windows or doors, with the balance due on satisfactory completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Installation
All work is carried out by fully insured installers. Where existing windows or doors are removed, we dispose of them responsibly as part of the job. We’ll agree a reasonable timeframe with you in advance; unforeseen delays (for example, weather or supply delays) will be communicated as soon as we’re aware of them.
Guarantee
All work is guaranteed against defects in workmanship. Products are covered by the relevant manufacturer’s warranty. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 and related consumer protection law.
Liability
We carry public liability insurance for the work we carry out. We are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues in your property that are not reasonably identifiable at the time of survey or installation.

This website is provided for information about our services and to let you request a quote. We take reasonable care to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee it is error-free at all times. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data submitted through this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
